&nbsp;1. Advance payments for orders are not fully refundable. However, if we are unable to deliver the product within the stipulated time or fail to deliver the product due to any problem on our end, the refund process will be processed within 3 working days to a maximum of 10 working days.
2. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method in which the payment was made (SSL/MFS/Bank Transfer)
Refund Deadline:
&bull;Mobile Financial Service (MFS - bKash , Nagad , Rocket): 3 working days
&bull;Bank transfer: 5 working days
&bull;SSL: 10 working days ►Refund period is applicable for working days only and does not include weekends or public holidays. ►If the customer has purchased the product directly from our outlet and subsequently the refund claim is applicable, then the product should be returned through our care by first talking to our support team and then from the date the product is considered eligible for refund after we receive the product and check everything. The refund process will start.
►Refund period for online pickup orders must start from the order cancellation date.
► In case of courier products, the refund process will start from the day the customer returns the product to us and the product is deemed eligible for refund after we receive it and check everything.
Policy Changes: Apple Gadgets reserves the right to change or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি:
১. অর্ডারের জন্য অগ্রিম অর্থ সম্পূর্ণরূপে ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। তবে, যদি আমরা নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে না পারি অথবা আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোনও সমস্যার কারণে পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে ব্যর্থ হই, তাহলে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ৩ কার্যদিবস থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
২. যে পদ্ধতিতে অর্থ প্রদান করা হয়েছে (SSL/MFS/ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার) সেই একই পদ্ধতিতে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা:

&bull;ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার: ৫ কার্যদিবস

►রিফান্ডের সময়কাল শুধুমাত্র কর্মদিবসের জন্য প্রযোজ্য এবং এতে সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি বা সরকারি ছুটির দিন অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়। ►কোন গ্রাহক যদি সরাসরি আমাদের কোন আউটলেট থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করে থাকেন এবং পরবর্তীতে যদি সেটা রিফান্ড ক্লেইম এপ্লিক্যাবল হয়, তাহলে প্রথমত আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে কথা বলে পণ্যটি আমাদের কেয়ারের মাধ্যমে ফেরত দিতে হবে এবং পরবর্তিতে আমরা পণ্যটি হাতে পেয়ে সবকিছু চেক করে রিফান্ড যোগ্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হওয়ার দিন থেকে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে ।
►অনলাইন পিক-আপ অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ডের সময়কাল অর্ডার বাতিলের তারিখ থেকে শুরু হবে।
► কুরিয়ার পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহক আমাদের কাছে&nbsp; পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার পরে আমরা পণ্যটি হাতে পেয়ে সবকিছু চেক করে রিফান্ড যোগ্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হওয়ার দিন থেকে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে ।
